Conservation and efficient use of genetic resources in agriculture is being provided by the international community and every country in the world. Ukraine contributes to the preservation of 145.9 thousand accessions of 493 crops. It raised the question of the development of the procedure for access to new plant varieties for experimental purposes and breeding. Formation and registration of genetic, trait, work and special PGR collections makes more efficient use of plant gene pool accessions.
