Rational land use largely depends on the methods used and the ability of agricultural enterprises to provide it with the means to increase fertility, and accordingly on the level of competent management of these processes.

Now there is a new direction in agriculture, which is based on the use of fundamentally new means of monitoring the condition of the soil before cultivation, information on the requirements of field crops to the parameters of the topsoil and the use of "smart" techniques for tillage. In this regard, the development of work aimed at establishing optimal parameters and models of soils for specific crops, the development of terrestrial and remote control of soil properties in the on-line, unmanned robotic mechanisms.
